PRDGMFlow – Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PRDGMFlow, the internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system operated by Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this system, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

1. Authorized Access Only

PRDGMFlow is intended exclusively for authorized employees, contractors, and approved partners of Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp.

Unauthorized access, attempted intrusion, misuse of credentials, or interference with system operations is strictly prohibited and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Disciplinary action
  • Legal prosecution where applicable

2. Acceptable Use

Authorized users agree to:

  • Access the system only for legitimate business purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensure that information entered into the system is accurate and lawful
  • Refrain from uploading malicious, harmful, or unauthorized content

Users must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the system
  • Use the platform for personal, illegal, or unauthorized activities

3. System Monitoring

PRDGMFlow may log and monitor user activity for:

  • Security and audit purposes
  • Operational integrity
  • Compliance with company policies

By using this system, users consent to such monitoring.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, content, data structures, and system designs within PRDGMFlow are the exclusive property of Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp.

No part of the system may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or disclosed without prior written authorization.

5. Data Integrity & Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding confidential company data accessed through the system.

Improper handling, disclosure, or misuse of company information may result in disciplinary action and legal liability.

6. System Availability

While we strive to maintain system availability, Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Company reserves the right to:

  • Modify system features
  • Perform maintenance
  • Restrict access when necessary

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradigm Mugen Trading Corp. shall not be liable for:

  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
  • Data loss due to improper usage
  • Interruptions caused by technical or external factors

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of PRDGMFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
